At 11:45 a.m., following a motion by Commissioner Romious and a second by Mayor Lucas, the Board voted to go into closed session to discuss litigation matters, personnel matters, and labor negotiations. The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Whittaker voted Aye, Commissioner Romious voted Aye, Commissioner Boswell voted Aye, Commissioner Hall voted Aye, and Mayor Lucas voted Aye.
Following a motion by Mayor Lucas and a second by Commissioner Boswell, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the closed session minutes on June 17, 2025. The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Whittaker voted Aye, Commissioner Romious voted Aye, Commissioner Boswell voted Aye, Commissioner Hall voted Aye, and Mayor Lucas voted Aye.
