$10,000 reward for successful tips

Officers were dispatched on a sound of shots which was updated to a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim at the bottom of an apartment building stairway suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was declared deceased at the scene. Witnesses related the victim had received a telephone call; at which time, he left the apartment and went outside. Several gunshots were later heard outside of the apartment building followed by a vehicle fleeing the scene.
