Missing Person

Missing From: 6th and Charlotte streets Pankey contacted a police officer to report a robbery that had just occurred at 615 E. 6th Street on Oct. 1, 1996. Police found the subject who robbed her, she identified him, and he was arrested. The robbery report was the last known contact anyone has had with Pankey. Police do not know the exact date of her disappearance. Because of her lifestyle and infrequent contact with family, she was not reported missing until Jan. 28, 1998. Foul play is suspected.
