Missing From: 4632 E. 9th St. Ramsey was last seen leaving her parents’ house on foot on Oct. 30, 1984. An unconfirmed report stated she was seen walking south on Van Brunt Boulevard from Independence Avenue at 6 p.m. that day. She was never seen nor heard from again, and police suspect foul play.
