We appreciate witnesses coming forward and providing statements. The Kansas City Missouri Police Department will continue to investigate these and other homicides until the suspects are identified, caught, and the cases are brought to the appropriate prosecutor’s offices. Dominique A. Stafford B/M 05/03/1994
Occurred: 04/23/2015 at 37th and Elmwood
On April 23, 2015 officers were dispatched to the location on a person inside a
vehicle. Upon arrival they found the victim, Dominique Stafford, inside the
vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound.

Asaan Williams B/M 02-09-97
On 03-13-15 at 1843 hours, Officers were dispatched to 38th/
Kensington on a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, the victim was discovered lying in the park
suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was
transported to a local hospital where life-saving measures were
unsuccessful.

Arthur Stafford Jr, B/M 01-08-1993
Occurred: 03-11-2015 at 2100 hours Location: 3900 E. 31st St (Tony’s Market)
On 03-11-2015 at 2100 hours the victim and another male were shot just outside of Tony’s Market by an
unknown suspect. The victim who was the intended target died as a result of his injuries. The suspect
was last seen running northwest from the scene.

Dominique Cook B/M 05/01/1990
On 03-06-2015 at 1940 hours, Officers were dispatched to 3041 College Ave in regard to a
shooting.
Upon arrival the victim was found suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim
was transported to TMC hospital where he later died due to his injuries.

Marc Matherson W/M 4/11/84
On 3-4-15 at approximately 2327 hours, Officers were dispatched to 1831 E. 68th
Terrace in regard to a shooting.
Upon arrival the victim was discovered lying in the street next to a tan colored vehicle,
suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital where he
died from his injuries.

Anthony Marks B/M 03-31-1989
Occurred: 03/02/2015 at 2358 hours, location: 6834 Walrond
On 03-02-2015 at 2358 hrs, officers of the Kansas City Missouri Police
Department were dispatched to 6834 Walrond Ave. on a reported Shooting.
Upon arrival the Victim was discovered the lying on the sidewalk in front of
6825 Walrond Ave, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Brandon D. Mitchell BM 39 YO
Occurred: 01/26/15 at 1700 hours
Location: 2918 Monroe
Officers were dispatched to the location on a reported ambulance call. Upon arrival, officers
located the victim who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported
from the scene to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.

Occurred: 01/19/2015 at 2115 hours
Location: 5604 E. 84th Terr.
Officers were dispatched to the location on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers located
the victim who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported from
the scene to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.

Occurred: 01/18/15 at 0457 hours
Location: 11700 Fuller Rd.
Officers were dispatched to the location on a reported shooting call. Upon arrival, officers
located the victim who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported
from the scene to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.
