Derell D. Simmons, B/M, 1/18/1988

On 8/31/2017 at 2112 hours Officers were dispatched to the location, 9805
Newton on shooting. Witnesses advised they heard shots, responded outside and
observed the victim to have been shot. Witnesses attempted to render aid to the
victim and he was transported to the hospital by private car. The victim was
declared deceased by hospital personnel on 9-2-2017
