Unsolved Homicides
We appreciate witnesses coming forward and providing statements. The Kansas City Missouri Police Department will continue to investigate these and other homicides until the suspects are identified, caught, and the cases are brought to the appropriate prosecutor’s offices. Consuaila D. Braden B/F 2-15-92
On 5-4-14 at approximately 2038 hours, officers were dispatched 4147 Virginia regarding a
disturbance. Officers located Consuaila Braden on the south side of the residence with no
apparent signs of life.

Alonzo Thomas B/M 05-28-1993
Occurred: 04-05-2014 at 1303 hours, location: 7117 Wayne Avenue
On 04-05-2014 at 1303 hours, Officers of the Kansas City Missouri Police
Department were dispatched to 7117 Wayne Avenue regarding a shooting.
Upon arrival the Officers discovered Alonzo Thomas IV, B/M, 05-28-1993,
outside the address shot to death.

Calvert Antwine B/M 06/28/1981
Occurred: 3/20/14, 1513 hours @ 13th and Virginia
Victim was found inside a vehicle that had been shot up. Witnesses
advised they heard shots being fired and observed the suspect vehicle,
a Silver Dodge Charger, fleeing the scene.

Dominick Sears B/M 04/2/1986
Occurred: 3/15/14, 2209 hours @ 50th and Woodland
Victim was found inside a vehicle that had been shot up. Witnesses
advised they heard shots being fired and observed the suspect vehicle
a white newer model Chevy Malibu, fleeing the scene.

David Krantz W/M 6/11/81
On 03-05-2014 at approximately 1034 hours, officers were dispatched to the intersection of
Norledge and White Ave in regard to a shooting. They located David Krantz laying on the
ground suffering from a gunshot wound. He later died at a local hospital.

Darrin Duncan B/M 08/07/1992
Occurred: 1/13/14, 2047 hours @ 2909 E. 22nd
Victim was found inside a vehicle that had been shot up. Witnesses
advised victim had just left the residence.

Corey Knight B/M 29 YO
On 08-31-2013 at approximately 3:30 pm, police officers responded to 4711 E. 40th Place on a
reported shooting. Upon arrival Corey Knight was found deceased inside the residence.

Cody Brown B/M 07-24-1989
On 08-16-2013 at 1934 hours, Officers of the Kansas City Missouri Police
Department were dispatched to 108 West 39th Street regarding a shooting.
Upon arrival the Officers discovered Cody Brown, B/M, 07-24-1989, inside
the address shot to death.

Manuel E. Lars B/M 09/06/1980
On 08-12-13 at 1237 hours, Officers were dispatched to 3815 E. 59th Street
on an ambulance call. Upon arrival, they discovered the victim deceased on
the property of 5901 Swope Pkwy as a result of an apparent homicide.

Timothy Moore B/M 5-3-89
Occurred: 08-08-2013 at 2036 hours, location: 4013 Spruce Ave.
On 08-08-2013 at 2036 hours, Officers of the Kansas City Missouri Police
Department were dispatched to 4013 Spruce Ave. regarding a shooting.
Upon arrival the Officers discovered Timothy Moore, B/M, 05-31-1989,
inside the address shot to death.
